Yes, they are based on the fact that ATC-Communications is accredited in the Netherlands. Because this is also a JAA country, the Belgian authorities accept the results of the test.

Yes and no. You see an example of both the listening and the speaking test on this page.
Subsequently, you can also take a placement test in order to have your level evaluated before you commit to the test. The cost of this is reimbursed upon inscription for the real test.
On the other hand you can’t really “study a list of words” for the test – you just have to rely on your English Language skills. What you can do is practice, for instance in a classroom situation or with our self-study test preparation.
We are located in Merksem, conveniently next to the exit of the Antwerp ringway.
Yes, provided that you have two quiet rooms available. We go on location for at least 6 candidates, and charge 0,30 Euro/km to cover the costs.
The test costs 200 Euros.
At the moment the other organisations that take exams in Belgium only test up to ICAO level 4. At ATC-Communications we are able to give you a certificate for level 5 or even level 6. If you obtain this level 6, that means that your English is as good as that of a native English speaker, and that you'll never have to pass exams any more.
Two answers: first of all, even after three years your English Language Proficiency is still valid in the Netherlands, and since is also a JAA member state, the Belgian authorities validate your license based on this validity.
Secondly, the Belgian authorities told us that they will change their rules to also mention levels five and six in order to comply with ICAO. Howeber, there was no timing set forth for this.
